Palm Beach Auto Group Warranty Terms and Conditions

Warranty Coverage:

Our warranty covers major mechanical and electrical components of the vehicle as specified in the warranty agreement. The warranty includes repairs needed due to defects in material or workmanship.

Warranty Duration:

Our warranty coverage is valid for 8 months from the date of purchase or 8,000 miles driven, whichever comes first. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Coverage Limitations:

  • Routine maintenance services such as oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and other similar services are not covered.
  • Damages caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, lack of proper maintenance, modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs are excluded.
  • Wear and tear items like brake pads, tires, windshield wipers, bulbs, and belts are not covered.
  • Any modifications made to the vehicle by the customer or third parties will void the warranty.
  • Vehicles used for commercial purposes, racing, off-roading, or any activities outside the manufacturer’s normal use and specifications are not covered.

Warranty Claims:

To initiate a warranty claim, report any mechanical or electrical issues directly to Palm Beach Auto Group. The vehicle must be taken to our authorized service center for diagnosis and repairs. All repair work under warranty must be performed by authorized technicians at our service center or approved service providers, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle before approving any warranty claims. Unauthorized repairs or modifications without prior written consent will void the warranty.

Warranty Exclusions:

  1. Damage caused by accidents, floods, acts of nature, fire, theft, vandalism, or events beyond our control are not covered.
  2. Damage resulting from improper maintenance, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs is excluded.
  3. We are not responsible for subsequent damages resulting from failures covered by the warranty.
  4. Towing, rental car expenses, or other transportation costs are not covered.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts, at our discretion. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the vehicle.

Trial One-Week Return Conditions:

  • The trial period begins on the date of purchase or receipt of the vehicle, if transported.
  • During this one-week period, you may test and evaluate the vehicle.
  • If unsatisfied, you may return the vehicle to Palm Beach Auto Group within one week of purchase.
  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as at purchase. Damages or excessive mileage may result in fees or deductions from the original purchase price.
  • To start the return process, contact our customer service within the trial period. We will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
